Continuing Education and Recertification
STAR ProgramTM Continuing Education and Recertification begins during the year following the initial STAR Program Certification. ORP will make available 3-4 Self-Directed Training Modules annually for continuing education. Recertification is done every 3 years and includes confirmation that the institution has done the continuing education as well as provided documentation that they are continuing to evaluate and treat STAR Program patients in a systematic and evidence-based manner utilizing appropriate protocols that may be adapted for their institutional requirements.
